This piece of job involves pretty much knowledge on the products and therefore have much to do with marketings. A marketing manager would suit me well. Regarding job information, there will be the advertising of one's own brand, recieving orders for the products and negotiating the prices that comes along with every import or export and negotiate the chance of working with other brands that you are not touching on at the moment. Also at the same time, trying to push your product to stay on in the market making fruitful deals and enriching favours for your product.

- Employee opinion We are committed to creating an environment where employees at all levels feel that they can speak honestly about the company and issues of importance to them. International Survey Research (ISR), a leading global employee research organisation, runs regular international employee opinion surveys for us called Your Voice. These gather detailed feedback from our employees to help us with local action planning. The findings are compared with ISR's Global High Performance (GHP) norm, comprising data from a range of organisations globally that are considered high performers in financial performance (above sector average, typically on return on investment measures) and in general levels of employee satisfaction. Latest results Your Voice was most recently run in November 2006 in more than 70 markets, capturing feedback from more than 38,000 Group employees. The survey covers all levels of employees and will now be run at two yearly intervals.
